Highland Coffeehouse was born from a simple belief: the best moments deserve great coffee. Launched in spring 2025 from Enfield, CT, what began as a handcrafted mobile coffee trailer has grown into a thriving coffee business serving weddings, private events, and our home at Worthington Vineyards & Winery in Somers.

Every cup we serve carries the same quiet intention — made for those who chase the quiet, live with intention, and always make time for coffee.
