Highland Coffeehouse began as a horse trailer handcrafted into a mobile coffee trailer. Since launching in September 2025, we've grown from serving farmers markets and pop-up events to becoming a permanent part of Worthington Vineyards & Winery in Somers, Connecticut, while continuing to bring handcrafted coffee to weddings, private events, and celebrations throughout the region.
